Reason for Notice: Waystar will be conducting maintenance to the Waystar SFTP service on Tuesday, 12/23, beginning at 10pm EST. Maintenance will last for approximately 5 hours.
What should you expect: You will be unable to connect to SFTP Services under sshftp.waystar.com and sshftp.zirmed.com during this maintenance window. Waystar's other SFTP services including, Recondo, Patientco, and Connance will remain available during this maintenance window.
Action Required by Customer: No action is required at this time.
If you experience issues connecting to the Waystar SFTP service after the maintenance window, please reach out to Waystar support.
