All providers and suppliers who submit 270 Eligibility transactions to the Medicare Administrative Contractors (MACs), are enrolled in Original Medicare EDI, submit claims and have authorized HIPAA business associates must complete the HETS EDI enrollment.
Complete Attestations Now All Medicare Administrative Contractors (MACs) have finished the Provider Attestation onboarding process. All provider/supplier customers who submit 270 Eligibility transactions to the MACs listed below should complete their attestation immediately.
In the event that providers/suppliers who submit 270 Eligibility transactions do not complete the attestation process before May 11, 2026, they will lose access to HETS data and eligibility inquiries will fail.
