We want to inform you of scheduled network maintenance that will cause a brief disruption, approximately 5 minutes, to the Waystar Website.
Maintenance Window:
Date: Friday, December 12, 2025 Time: 10:00 PM – 12:00 AM EST
Expected Impact • Customer access to all Waystar applications will be unavailable during the maintenance window. • All immersive traffic through the website will be unavailable, this includes access to legacy systems ,i.e., Recondo, Esolutions, and Patientco.
Duration: Migration expected to take 10–15 minutes, with a 2-hour window reserved for validation and troubleshooting. No action is required on your part. If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact support.
