Reason for Notice: Waystar has confirmed a SFTP issue impacting Navicure integrated (secureftp.navicure.com) clients. The issue is now resolved but resulted in delayed response reports as well as inbound files delays for files received the morning of 4/1.
Action Taken by Waystar: Waystar attempted to reprocess impacted files.
Action Required by Customer: If you are missing files submitted on 4/1/2026 between 00:10 ET - 12:32 ET the files will need to be resent. We apologize for any inconvenience this has cause in your daily workflow.
