Update
A fix for the issue impacting the ability to add or calculate DRGs within Concurrent is scheduled for deployment beginning tonight at 8:00 PM ET.
The deployment process is expected to take approximately 4 to 5 hours to complete across customer environments. During this time, customers may experience a single brief session interruption when their environment is updated. If this occurs, users should be able to quickly refresh the application and log back in to continue working.
At this time, we do not expect a prolonged application outage. Additionally, items such as Worksheet notes, Encoder changes, and Interact query drafts are expected to be automatically saved and retained through the update process.
We will provide an additional update once deployment has been completed successfully.
