Reason for Notice: Waystar is currently experiencing issues within the Claims application. The issue is appearing within Workgroups. Clients are unable to see the Rejection Message on a claim when hovering over the Status in Rejected Claims Workgroup. Clients are unable to see notes they have put on claims in Rejected Claims Workgroups.
Action Taken by Waystar: We are working diligently to resolve the issue.
