Reason for Notice: Waystar FTP Maintenance on Saturday, April 11th will impact the following FTP servers from 10PM EST to 11PM EST:

sshftp.waystar.com
sshftp.zirmed.com
secureftp.navicure.com

What should you expect: During the maintenance window, administrative updates to SFTP accounts will be unavailable. File uploads and downloads will continue to process normally, and no service interruption is expected.

Action Required by Customer: If you encounter an error during FTP login, please try again after the maintenance window.
