Iodine, now part of Waystar, will be performing maintenance on Monday, November 2. While this maintenance falls outside of our regularly scheduled monthly maintenance window, we are providing advance notice that maintenance will begin at 8:00 PM ET and is expected to last approximately four hours.
Maintenance Details: During this window, we will be applying updates across our hosting systems as part of our ongoing platform maintenance efforts.
Services Affected: During the maintenance window, Iodine products may be temporarily unavailable. Interface messages will continue to be received, though message processing may be briefly delayed. We anticipate systems will be fully caught up shortly after maintenance is completed.
